Josh Palmer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit assessment and consumer lending. Currently serving as a Senior Credit Officer at UMB Bank since December 2015, Josh underwrites a variety of consumer lending programs across over 110 branches. Previously, as a Consumer Loan Officer and Portfolio Manager at Scottrade from November 2012 to December 2015, responsibilities included business development, client relations, underwriting, and risk model management. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Branch Manager at Springleaf Financial Services from February 2006 to November 2012, where oversight of a loan office with over $24 million in accounts was maintained, along with achieving over $1 million in annual consumer loan production. Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from William Jewell College, earned between 1999 and 2005.
