Joy L. H.

Joy L. H. is an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in negotiating and managing contracts for complex engagements across various industries. Currently at UMB Bank since November 2020, Joy oversees terms for third-party supplier agreements, specializing in software, financial products, and consulting services. Previous roles include Contracts Manager at T-Mobile, where Joy managed contracts for annual purchases of $1.3 billion, and Senior Vendor Manager at Sprint, responsible for a $143 million budget and vendor relations with major corporations. Earlier career experiences include managing supply chain processes at ThroughSoft, consulting on procurement and inventory management at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and leading SAP implementation for procurement at Sanofi.
