Leigh Perkins

Leigh Perkins has had a diverse work experience. Leigh began their career at Cerner in 1991, where they worked as a Recruiter, Community Relations, and Marketing professional until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at College & Career Avenue as a Recruiter and College Counselor. In 2010, they joined UMB Bank and held various roles including Senior Recruiting Officer and Technical Recruiter, and currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President/HR Business Partner, supporting UMB's Institutional Banking, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Marketing organizations in strategy development, organizational design, talent development, change management, and associate relations.

Leigh Perkins earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Truman State University.
