Mark Solis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing. Mark started their career at Peavey as a Marketing Specialist from December 2006 to July 2009. Mark then worked as an Online Marketing Specialist at Pryor Learning, Fred Pryor Seminars, and CareerTrack from July 2009 to June 2012, where they focused on website design, email campaigns, and social media strategy. After that, they served as a Digital Marketing Manager at PKD Foundation from June 2012 to October 2016, overseeing various digital marketing campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to optimize user experience. Currently, they are employed at UMB Bank, starting as an Interactive Marketing Manager from October 2016 to November 2020, responsible for email marketing campaigns across five lines of business. Mark then progressed to the position of AVP Marketing Automation Manager from November 2020 to September 2023, where they managed and delivered marketing technology tools to support marketing and customer acquisition teams. Currently, they hold the role of VP Marketing Automation Manager at UMB Bank, leading automated marketing campaigns and implementing marketing strategies using CRM software for lead generation and sales. In this role, they collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales, and improve efficiencies.
