Marlo Boyd

Marlo Boyd is currently a Portfolio Manager at UMB Bank, following the acquisition of the HTLF Food and Agribusiness Team in early 2025. Previously, Marlo served as Portfolio Manager II at HTLF Food and Agribusiness from 2021 to 2025 and held the position of AVP, Financial Analyst II at Rabo AgriFinance from 2020 to 2021. Marlo also worked as a Team Leader in production at Lamb Weston in 2019 and as an Equipment Operator at Moore Farms Co from 2012 to 2025, where they trained new employees on safe equipment operations. Their earlier experience includes roles at Cal Poly Corporation and Cal Poly’s Western Bonanza.
