Melissa Buck

Melissa Buck has held various roles in the finance industry since 2006. Melissa is currently working as a Senior Vice President of Public Finance at UMB Bank, starting in August 2021. Prior to UMB Bank, they worked as a Municipal Financial Advisor at Ehlers from June 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo from January 2017 to June 2018. From 2014 to 2016, they were employed by Macquarie Group in an Investment Banking role focused on Project Finance and Infrastructure. Melissa also had experience in the Public Finance sector, working at Assured Guaranty from 2010 to 2014. Melissa began their career as a Research Analyst at PFM in 2009. Additionally, Melissa worked at the U.S. Department of State, serving as an Executive Assistant to the Assistant Secretary from May 2008 to September 2008, and as a Special Assistant to the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary from October 2006 to May 2008.

Melissa Buck attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they studied at the University of St Andrews from 2002 to 2006. No degree or field of study was specified.
