Meredith Allison

Meredith Allison is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant at UMB Bank since April 2019, specializing in recruitment, sourcing, training, diversity and inclusion, and talent market research. Prior to UMB Bank, Meredith served as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Neiman Marcus from June 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Earlier roles include a Recruiter position at Aerotek, an Assistant Manager at Clinton Marina Incorporated, and an internship with the University of Kansas Alumni Association. Meredith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology from The University of Kansas.
