Michael P. Grace

Michael P. Grace, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President - Relationship Manager at UMB Bank, beginning in October 2023. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gulf Shore Venture Partners since 2015, Michael has been instrumental in sourcing acquisition opportunities and leading due diligence efforts for a network of investors. Previous roles include Executive Director - Relationship Manager at Texas Capital Bank, Business Consultant at MPG Ventures, LLC, and President and CEO of Catholic Charities Fort Worth, where strategic direction was provided for a $40 million nonprofit. Michael founded and served as CEO of Blue Phoenix Midstream, LP, and co-founded Lonestar Midstream, LP, significantly impacting both companies' growth and capital acquisition efforts. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Encana Corporation and El Paso Corporation, managing multi-million dollar projects and negotiations. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, alongside military service as a Combat Medical Specialist in the United States Army.
