Mihir Patel

Mihir Patel is an experienced SCOM/Automation Engineer at UMB Bank since June 2017, with a solid background in systems monitoring and automation. Prior to this role, Mihir served as a SCOM Customer Engineer at Microsoft from August 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included delivering workshops, conducting health checks, and providing advanced technical support for corporate customers. Mihir’s earlier experience includes software engineering roles focused on monitoring tools and middleware engineering at TD, where management of IIS web services and SSL certificates was key. Additional experience includes software testing at AECL and customer service at Canada's Wonderland. Mihir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
