Nicole Watson

Nicole Watson has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Nicole started their career in 1989 at Mercantile Bank as a Retail Sales representative. Nicole then worked as an Investment Broker at Centennial Bank from 1991 to 1999. In 2006, they joined UMB Bank as a Senior Banking Center Manager/AVP, where they managed a sales team and achieved corporate and regional recognition for deposit growth and small branch performance. From 2011 to 2016, they took on the role of SVP/Sr. Regional Sales Manager at UMB Bank, where they exceeded production goals and implemented process improvements. Lastly, they worked as SVP/Branch Delivery Director at UMB Bank, providing strategic leadership for the Consumer Delivery channel and reviewing sales and service results.

Nicole Watson attended Lindenwood University from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Fort Zumwalt High School from 1984 to 1988. Nicole also holds certifications in Series 7, 63, & Life from the State of Missouri.
