Phil Ianno is a strategic leader with extensive experience in business transformation and customer-centric initiatives. At HTLF, they served as a Business Architect, VP, where they designed Agile demand management processes and integrated technology to enhance customer experiences. Prior roles include significant contributions as the Director of Customer Care and Director of Online Consumer and Small Business Innovations at Heartland Financial USA, where they implemented key strategies driving substantial deposits and improved team performance. Phil is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Dubuque, having previously earned an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
