Randy Marshall has a long and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Randy started their career at mBank Abilene in 1984 as an Assistant Vice President, where they stayed until 1986. Later, they joined UMB Bank as Vice President/Cashier at UMB Bank Northwest from February 1986 to July 1999. After that, they became Senior Vice President/Financial Center Manager in August 1999, managing two high performance banking centers and being responsible for revenue growth, customer experience, associate development, and expense control. Finally, in March 2017, they were promoted to the role of Community Bank President at UMB Bank.

Randy Marshall earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University, completing their studies from 1980 to 1984.
