Scott Matthews

Scott Matthews has over 18 years of experience in the real estate and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of UMB Properties at UMB Bank since June 2015, Scott oversees a team responsible for managing the entire UMB real estate portfolio, including remodels, construction projects, leases, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Scott worked for Bank of the West from February 2005 to June 2015 as a CRE Project Manager and Facilities Manager, where responsibilities included managing projects across a six-state territory involving ground-up construction and multi-level tenant finishes for over 40 sites. Scott holds a degree from Kansas State University, attended from 1997 to 2000.
