Scott Rosevear

Scott Rosevear is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal Counsel at UMB Bank since April 2018, Scott provides in-house legal counsel for the UMB Specialty Trust and Agency group in Salt Lake City, UT. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo from August 2007 to March 2018, where responsibilities included providing legal support for corporate trust and lease services, particularly in commercial aircraft finance, leasing transactions, and credit tenant lease real estate financings. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities encompassed negotiating and closing aircraft leasing transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations.
