Shanda Goodwin

Shanda Goodwin currently serves as a Payables Sales Enablement Specialist, VP at UMB Bank since September 2025. Prior to this role, Shanda held various positions at HTLF from December 2012 to September 2025, including TPS Training and Resource Manager, TPS Senior Strategic Account Manager, and Service & Process Manager for Commercial Card Payment Solutions. In these roles, Shanda significantly contributed to the launch of a new commercial card product line that achieved over $1B in spend within its first five years. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Morrill & Janes Bank from June 2002 to December 2012, where Shanda was instrumental in developing retail and commercial product offerings, managing client relationships, and supporting human resources functions. The career began at First National Bank of Kansas from December 1997 to June 2002 as a Personal Banker/Assistant Manager. Shanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from The University of Kansas.
