Currently serving as the IT Manager of Service Architecture & Automation at UMB Bank since July 2022, Shawn previously held roles such as Customer Support Engineer at United Missouri Bank and Engineer IV at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included system monitoring and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks. Shawn's career began in 1994 as a Newsroom Pagination Administrator at The Kansas City Star and has since included significant positions with Verizon and the University of Missouri Veterinary Diagnostics Lab.
