Tami Door

Tami Door is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at UMB Bank and a Board Member at Johnson Financial Group, LLC since January 2022, Tami also held the position of Executive Vice President at Life Properties International from February 2024 to May 2025. Prior to these roles, Tami was a Board Member at Citywide Banks and led the Downtown Denver Partnership Inc. as President and CEO from February 2005 to December 2021, overseeing multiple non-profit and public-sector entities with a focus on urban planning and economic development. Additionally, Tami has served as Chairman of the International Downtown Association and as Executive Vice President of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, managing substantial budgets and large teams. Tami's career began at NBD Bank, where significant innovations in banking services were implemented. Tami holds an MBA from Wayne State University, completed a Strategic Leadership Program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science from Western Michigan University.
