Thomas Berdych

Thomas Berdych has extensive experience in commercial systems analysis and business line systems management, with a career spanning over two decades in the banking and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Commercial Systems Analyst at UMB Bank since June 2011, Thomas has developed workflow processes, streamlined reporting, and provided training for over 300 users across multiple regions. Previous roles include an Enterprise Business System Analyst II at Commerce Bancshares, managing business line systems and creating critical reporting solutions, and positions at Commerce Bank and Wal-Mart, where Thomas honed skills in productivity monitoring, problem-solving, and accounting management. Thomas holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College.
