Tom Cardle has extensive experience in the banking sector, having served as Vice President and Shareholder at Private Bank Minnesota from February 1998 to June 2012, followed by a Vice President role at Signature Bank in Minnetonka, MN from June 2012 to February 2018. Subsequently, Tom held the position of Senior Vice President in Private Banking at Minnesota Bank & Trust, a division of UMB Bank, until August 2025. In addition to banking, Tom contributed to the Leadership Team for the Spain English Camp at Wooddale Church from February 2016 to April 2019, facilitating annual trips to help Spaniards improve their English language skills. Currently, Tom serves as Senior Vice President for Private Bank at UMB Bank since July 2025.
