Tom Demchuk

Tom Demchuk is a Senior Vice President at UMB Bank, specializing as a relationship manager for the corporate trust division. They have 30 years of corporate trust experience, managing an extensive portfolio of tax-exempt multifamily housing bonds, primarily for affordable housing developers in California. Before joining UMB Bank in July 2025, Tom worked at Wilmington Trust from 2019 to 2025, where they contributed to the growth of the multifamily bond portfolio and mentored junior team members, earning a place on Wilmington Trust’s Presidents in Council in 2022. Their corporate trust career began at U.S. Bank in 1995, following experience as a loan officer and branch manager at First Virginia Bank. Tom holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and currently serves as an advisor to Project Access, Inc., supporting low-income families and seniors in affordable housing.
