Anthony Liu is a Senior Technical Manager at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) since March 2016, bringing extensive experience in research and development from previous roles, including RD Project Manager at Epistar Corporation and Foundry Operation Manager at Qualcomm MEMS Technology Inc.
