Feng Ji has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Process Integration Manager at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) since May 2009, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Technology Development Department to facilitate the successful transfer and ramp-up of a new 40nm project. Prior to this, Feng Ji held the position of Principle Engineer at UMC, focusing on yield monitoring and improvement for the 65nm process. Additionally, a tenure as a Senior Engineer at UMC involved optimizing recipes for advanced inspection tools, alongside experience at SMIC managing fab work-in-progress to achieve operational targets. Feng Ji earned a Master's Degree in Microelectronics from Nanyang Technological University in 2009 and a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2002.
