Greg Wu

Greg Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project management, analytics, and operations across several industries. Currently serving as Deputy Director at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), Wu focuses on key projects for the CEO and C-suite executives while co-leading initiatives such as the 12nm joint-development with Intel. Prior to UMC, Wu held managerial positions at Shopee and Dell Technologies, where leadership and data-driven decision-making enhanced user engagement and operational efficiency. Earlier experience as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group involved strategic assessments across various sectors, and Wu began a career in IT advisory at EY. Wu holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from National Taiwan University.
