Lu Zou has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Section Manager at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) since September 2007. Responsibilities include setting up new technology platforms, product porting, yield enhancement, team building, and establishing standard operating procedures. Previously, as a Sr. Principle Engineer at UMC, Lu led a process integration team focused on new technology development, customer communication, and process optimization.
