Su Xing has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Deputy Director at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) since November 2006, overseeing RFSOI device development. Previous roles at UMC include Department Manager of the Device department in the Technology Transfer and Development (TTD) division, and Device Team Manager. Prior to UMC, Su Xing worked as a Senior Engineer at SMIC, focusing on TCAD simulation and novel device development, and began a career at Shanghai Huahong Integrated Circuits Co., Ltd. as an Engineer in charge of HDPCVD process. Su Xing holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microelectronics from the Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Fudan University.
