Deb LaCava

Deb LaCava is the Administrative Director of Laboratory Services at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC), where they have been since 2020. With extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare industry, Deb has held previous positions as Director of Laboratory at Dignity Health and Laboratory Manager at both Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and UCLA Health. They possess a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, both from esteemed institutions. Additionally, Deb is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, showcasing their strong skills in negotiation, budgeting, and project management.
