Jeffrey Castillo

Jeffrey Castillo, MSN, RN, is currently the Director of Patient Experience at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC), a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this position, Jeffrey worked in various capacities at UMC, including Emergency Room Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director for Adult & Trauma Emergency and Trauma ICU. Jeffrey's educational background includes a Master's degree in Leadership and Management from WGU Nevada and both an Associate's and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
