Adding structure to what at times feels like chaos, and, then methodically working the challenges to resolution. Knowing you’ve found a way through, around, over, or under to find a solution provides great satisfaction and accomplishment for me. He enjoys connecting with new people, ideas, businesses, and technologies while finding unique ways of transforming our business and inspiring others while doing so. Since He started working at UMC in 1997, his optimism for the future continues to grow. He looks at what we’ve accomplished and sees all the new faces, ideas, and ways of doing the business—all have enhanced UMC as we embrace change, challenge, and growth.
