Daniel Mintz is an accomplished academic and consultant with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as the Department Chair for Information Technology and Program Chair for Undergraduate School in Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Daniel also holds the position of Adjunct Professor. Previously, Daniel was a Strategic Advisor to Government Executives and a former Chief Information Officer at the Partnership for Public Service. Additionally, Daniel acts as a Senior Advisor at the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC) and chairs the Education Committee at AFFIRM. As the President and Principal Consultant of ESEM Consulting LLC, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise to the field. Educationally, Daniel earned a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
