Jonathan Ellis

Jonathan Ellis currently serves as the Director of Cloud Services at the University of Maryland Global Campus, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Director of Cloud Services at AccelerEd from June 2018 to August 2025, and held the titles of Senior System Engineer during that time. Jonathan's extensive experience in IT includes serving as IT Operations Manager and Systems Engineer at the American Public University System from August 2007 to June 2018, as well as a Help Desk Administrator at Grafton Schools from June 2005 to August 2007. Jonathan holds an Associate of Science degree from the American Public University System and a degree in Information Technology, specializing in Network and Systems Administration from the Minnesota School of Business.
