Keith Soster is the Director of Sustainability, Student & Community Engagement at the University of Michigan, where they plan and administer programs focused on sustainability and student engagement. They previously served as the Director of Food Service at the same university and held the role of Catering Director at The Toledo Zoo. Soster also gained extensive experience in the restaurant industry, including positions as Kitchen Manager and General Manager at T.G.I. Friday's. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies at Bowling Green State University.
