Sara Soderstrom

Sara Soderstrom is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in organizational studies and environmental management. Currently serving as the Director of the Program in the Environment and an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan, Soderstrom has progressed through various roles, including Assistant Professor in the same fields. Prior to these academic positions, Soderstrom was a Doctoral Student at Northwestern University, a Senior Program Manager at The Auto Club Group, and a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Soderstrom earned a PhD in Management and Organizations from Northwestern University and holds both an MSE and BSE in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan.
