Yau Boon is a highly experienced Senior Network Specialist with 17 years of expertise in RF technologies, including 5G NR, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM. They have held roles at notable companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei, where they excelled in network strategy planning, optimization, and customer experience assurance. Currently, Yau Boon leads network quality and customer experience initiatives for the Celcomdigi NIC Project while continuing their work as a Senior RF Consultant. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Malaya.
