Yip Phoi Chee has extensive experience in telecommunication wholesale billing operations and customer service management, spanning roles in various leading organizations. They served as the Head of Billing and Settlement at Maxis and later as a Transformation Program Manager at Celcom Axiata, driving cost management initiatives and operational excellence. Currently, Yip is the Head of Wholesale Product and Pricing at U Mobile, following their time at Digital Nasional Berhad, where they led the development of the first wholesale billing solution. Yip holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Universiti Putra Malaysia and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Universiti Malaya.
