Bailey Smith is currently the VP of Planning at UM Worldwide, where they have held various roles including VP of Global Planning for Listerine and VP of Integrated Planning for Neutrogena. Prior to this, Bailey served as Director of Integrated Planning for J&J Skin Health brands and held positions as a Senior Associate and Manager in the same field.
