Flavia Cuenca is a Consultant and Legal Advisor specializing in regulation, climate change, administrative, and environmental law. With extensive experience working with public and private institutions as well as international organizations like UNEP, UNDP, and FAO in Central America, Flavia provides technical support in areas such as water, energy, and environment. Currently, Flavia is involved in a project focusing on the integration of human mobility into climate planning with OIM and leads capacity-building efforts in carbon markets for El Salvador with UNEP. Flavia holds a Bachelor's degree in Laws from PUC-PR and several postgraduate qualifications in related fields.
