Lars Soeftestad is the CEO and Senior Project Manager at Supras Limited, actively engaged in development cooperation in developing and transition countries. With over 30 years of experience in operations and policy work, Lars has expertise in capacity development, knowledge management, and strategic communication. Education includes a Master's degree from Universität Zürich and a BA from Universitetet i Bergen. Lars has worked with prominent organizations, such as the World Bank and the UN Environment Programme, focusing on community empowerment and sustainable development. Currently, Lars also serves as an advisor for the Water and Culture Institute and is the Chair of the Bulgarian Monitoring and Evaluation Network.
