We are UN1T, a special unit focused on managing FULL SERVICE projects.
We like to define ourselves as a modern ecosystem, a place where ideas and diverse approaches blend and collaborate to provide our clients with cutting-edge services. We don’t like old-fashioned companies.

We specialize in managing the entire lifecycle of products and services: from positioning to production and through to distribution.

Currently, we are focused on three specific sectors:

    Fine Fragrance and Home Fragrance
    Healthcare and Welfare
    Charity

We are fast and constantly in search of innovations and innovators. Our business units, dedicated to health education and welfare projects under the L1FE brand, and to turnkey fragrance projects under the BOLD brand, are perfect examples of this approach.

Our team is managerial, where each person is responsible for their specific area of expertise. We believe that starting with experienced managers and then building operational teams around them is the most efficient and effective solution.

We help businesses grow by supporting them with Full Service solutions: Consulting, Training, Marketing and Sales Services, Production, and Distribution.

Beyond offering a comprehensive range of services, we embrace the entire project lifecycle. Our integrated approach sets us apart, enabling us to handle the entire process or focus on a single phase with equal precision and vision.

At UN1T, we adopt Design Thinking as the heart of our methodology. Each project is approached with a user-centered mindset, ensuring solutions that are not only functional but also meaningful and experiential, leaving a lasting impact.
