Darrell Cudney is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer retention across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Una Software since February 2024, Darrell previously held the title of Vice President of Revenue Growth at R.O. Writer, where responsibilities included managing $13 million ARR and implementing key sales processes. Prior experience includes leadership positions at eSCRIBE Software Ltd and Risk Control Technologies Inc., where Darrell was instrumental in achieving significant revenue increases and improving sales operations through the implementation of data-driven strategies and team restructuring. Early career roles at Vena Solutions, PROPHIX Software, COSS Systems, and Ironside Technologies laid the foundation for a successful approach to sales management and strategic planning. Darrell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Dual Honors History and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
