Eric Appling

Eric Appling is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of the AEC BDR Team at Unanet since April 2024, Eric has previously excelled as a Sales Manager at Florence Healthcare, where Eric established and scaled the BDR organization to seven representatives and led team expansions to international markets. Prior roles include managing Business Development Representatives at QGenda, where Eric implemented effective onboarding programs, as well as various positions at AMN Healthcare and Merritt Hawkins, focusing on recruitment and consulting in healthcare. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Georgia.
