Luis Monroy is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Unanet since July 2018, Luis oversees the Learning Management System, enhancing workflow strategies and managing course content. Previously, Luis worked at J.Crew as an Associate Store Manager, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and compliance verification. Prior experience also includes a leadership role as Store Manager at Hollister Co., achieving top performance ratings and managing recruitment processes.
