Iris Periša has a diverse work experience in customer service and development roles. Iris started their career in 2015 as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative at Lošinj Hotels & Villas, where they received recognition for their excellent customer service and generated additional revenue through up-selling. In 2018, Iris joined SYKES as a Customer Service Representative, where they responded to customer requests, resolved issues, and maintained high customer satisfaction. Iris was later promoted to a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they exceeded targets and created customer service email scripts. In 2022, Iris joined Unblur as a Junior Fullstack Developer.
Iris Periša completed a Full-Stack Web Developer program at Le Wagon in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in General Gymnasium from Secondary School Ambroz Haracic from 2003 to 2007.
