At Unbound Horizons, we believe every child deserves the freedom to move, play, and thrive. Yet, for millions of families, that freedom is locked behind a paywall. Whether it is an insurance denial, a high deductible, or simply the staggering cost of specialized medical technology, the barriers to mobility are too high.

What We Solve
We exist to help the children who fall through the cracks. Our focus is on providing orthopaedic devices and adaptive tools to children in low-income situations who face:

Insurance Gaps: When "medical necessity" doesn't align with a child's actual needs.

Financial Barriers: When the cost of a brace, walker, or prosthetic is out of reach for a family's budget.

Access Inequality: Ensuring that a child’s zip code or income doesn't dictate their physical potential.

Our Story
Founded by Aditi Bhuman, a brain cancer survivor who regained her own mobility after one-sided paralysis, Unbound Horizons was built on the belief that no child should be "bound" by a lack of resources. We turn "we can't afford that" into "here is your equipment."

Join the Movement
We are looking for partners, donors, and advocates to help us deliver independence to the next generation.
