Unbounded is an experience brand based out of Canada.

We believe that nature is our playground and a healthy dose of discomfort is our teacher. Our experiences stretch far and wide from coast to coast, from frozen lakes in Eastern Ontario, to the Pacific beaches in British Columbia.

Focused on leaving people, places and spaces better that when we found them — Unbounded offers primal therapy experiences and education featuring deliberate cold exposure therapy, heat exposure therapy, breathwork and human connection. With a focus on personal growth and development, Unbounded offers classes, workshops, retreats, courses and community experience events rooted in primal therapy and what we like to call “Experience Living”.

“Ripples make waves”.
