Through research and technical support, we're transforming the systems that shape the mindsets, skills, and capabilities of present and future generations for a more inhabitable, just world.

We partner with organizations and leaders who believe solving the climate crisis requires new ways of working together — reflecting the sustainable, equitable, and inclusive systems we seek to build.

We offer five areas of expertise and action:

Research & Advocacy: We generate evidence-based insights to shape policy and practice across interconnected systems — from education and training to the green and blue economy — supporting decision-makers to drive change through governance, financing, and implementation.

Data & Evaluation: We design robust frameworks to track climate impact, assess mitigation and adaptation outcomes, and ensure education makes possible a just and safe space for humanity within planetary boundaries.

Instructional Design: We create climate-integrated learning experiences across formal and non-formal education systems — from early childhood to workforce development — building the capabilities and systems thinking needed to advance climate action, resilience, and justice.

Workshop Design & Delivery: We facilitate interactive learning experiences that strengthen competencies, shift mindsets, and support changes in practice, tailored to diverse stakeholders to translate knowledge into action.

Strategic Advisory: We partner with organizations and leaders to navigate complexity and drive systems change, combining research and experience to design strategies, partnerships, and investments that advance climate action and transformative solutions for all.
