Doe Kim is an educational leader and learning designer who blends strategy with compassion to coach leaders and educators, focusing on student success as the driving force. With experience transforming K–12 systems and adult professional learning, Doe has held various roles, including Teacher at Farmington Public Schools, Dean of Instruction, and Director of Leadership Programs Design & Development at UnboundEd.org. Currently, Doe is pursuing a Master’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology at Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor of Science in Education/Child Study & Psychology at Smith College.
