Gregory Leap

Gregory Leap is an experienced education consultant and leadership coach with a strong background in mathematics education. Currently serving as an Education Consultant at GL Consulting and a Facilitator at UnboundEd.org, Gregory focuses on professional learning to address educational inequities through the Common Core State Standards. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor at Relay Graduate School of Education, Leadership Coach at TNTP, and Principal at KIPP West Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School, where Gregory led initiatives to improve teacher effectiveness and student achievement. Gregory’s teaching experience spans multiple positions, including Eighth Grade Mathematics Teacher for Atlanta Public Schools, where a significant increase in student assessment passing rates was achieved. Gregory holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Southern California and a BA in History from Penn State University.
