Dominika Basak

Dominika Basak is currently a Partnerships Manager at Uncapped. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Evangelist at Booksy from July 2017 to April 2018. There, they monitored product features' launches and prepared and implemented communication strategies for internal purposes. Dominika also coordinated training for all employees around the world and supported the customer service and ambassador's program connecting all company's merchants.

Before their time at Booksy, Dominika was an intern at PKO Bank Polski from October 2016 to December 2016. There, they supported customer service by preparing informational and promotional materials and archiving documentation regarding individual accounts and loans. Dominika also participated in and supported employees' training and executed knowledge examinations.

Dominika's experience in customer service, training, and communication makes their an excellent Partnerships Manager at Uncapped.

Basak started their educational career at II L.O. z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi im. Stefana Batorego w Warszawie (Batory High School in Warsaw), where they studied International Baccalaureate. Dominika then studied finance and accounting at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, before moving on to HEC Montréal as an exchange student, studying business and administration. After HEC Montréal, Basak attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management on an Erasmus + scholarship, studying economics and management. Finally, Basak completed their education at Copenhagen Business School, earning an Msc in Economics and Business Administration with a concentration in international business.
