Joshua Coxall

Joshua Coxall is an experienced operations and product manager with a strong background in finance and consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Operations Manager at Uncapped since June 2023, Joshua plays a pivotal role in providing revenue-based finance solutions for European entrepreneurs. Previously, Joshua held various positions at Tandem Bank from January 2016 to February 2023, including Lead Product Manager for Mortgages, where responsibilities included leading a cross-functional team and developing the mortgage roadmap. Prior experience includes consulting for CSC, focusing on a major investment bank's synergy program, and a Global Brands Internship at Li & Fung Limited, managing a cost benchmarking project. Joshua holds a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter and completed the International Baccalaureate at Island School in Hong Kong.
