Stuart Rafferty

Stuart Rafferty has extensive experience in service operations and customer satisfaction, having held various leadership positions in the field. Currently serving as Inside Sales Specialist for Service Contracts at Unchained Labs since June 2015, Stuart has also been the Director of Service Operations and Director of Service and Support. Prior experience includes serving as Service Manager at ProteinSimple and Director of Global Customer Satisfaction at both Brooks Automation and Crossing Automation. Stuart's career began at National Semiconductor as a Shift Engineer in 1980 and includes significant roles at Tegal, Motorola Semiconductor, Seagate Technology, and Mattson Technology, culminating in over three decades of expertise in technical support, training, and field operations. Educational background includes attendance at Cowdenknowes High School from 1972 to 1976.
